Red Banana is now TRENDING Banana along all Banana varieties across all over the Countries. The colour of the stem, petiole midrib and fruit rind are Red tinge all over its parts.
Fruits are Red skinned, and fresh is sweet with a pleasant aroma, oramge yellow coloured.
Red bananas are having fewer calories when compated to other Fruits.
It is said that it can control weight and reduces the risk of heart diseases, diabetes. It is highly recommended for all age groups.
They are richly loaded with Potassium and Calcium.
Do not go for transplanting immediately.
Wait for one month. Observe the adaptability of the plant to the new environment.
Maintain moisture in the pot. Do not over water, it may die. Hence make sure that the soil should be dry between watering.
Make sure that the baby plant get direct sunlight atleast for 4 hours in the morning.
Transfer the potted plant to the shadow place.
Prepare the soil mixture as per the proportion below:
Red soil or any garden soil 30 %
Cocopeat 15%
Vermicompost 30%
Organic manure 10%
Bio fertilizers asospyrillam and Trichoderma virudi mixture with Vermicompost 5%
Neem cake powder 5%
Rock phospate 5 %
size of growbag 24"×24"
Fill the grow bag with cocopeat first for 2 inches level.
Then transfer the soil mixture upto 3/4 th level.
water daily atleast for one week to enrich the soil mixture with bacteria and enzymes.
After one week, transplant the plant by loosing the pot mix to the centre of the grow bag-soil.
Fill the remaining prepared soil mixture around the stem upto 5 inches.
