KEEZHANEELI HERB - THE LIVER CHARGER

Treating our body with herbs is the most secure way to ensure our health from diseases that weaken our body.

One of the familiar herb that has been used since very long time, that energise and cures liver disease,  is Keezhanelli.

Its botanical name is  PHYLLANTHUS NIRRURI.

It is a tropical small plant is commonly found everywhere in our villages and is known to grow abundantly in wet soils. Keezhanelli is known as the gale of the wind, stone breaker, seed under the leaf. We can easily grow them in our home garden or in pots of balcony garden.

It is a relative of the purges belonging to the Phyllanthus genus of the family Phyllanthaceae.It grows 50-70 cm tall, bearing ascending herbaceous branches. Keezhanelli is an effective remedy to cure enlargement of liver and spleen., hepatitis A, B and prevention of Hepatitis C. It also treats wonderfully the diseases like psoriasis, leprosy and scabies.
It is used to cure kidney stones, urinary discharge, bronchitis, anaemia, asthma, hiccups, blood disorders and even for malaria.
It treats diabetes too. It is good for eyes also.
